These are the photos of a successful teambuilding day that was held for Metropolitan. Metropolitan has been providing affordable and specialised medium- to long-term assurance, investment and management solutions for 110 years. In terms of their customer numbers, they are one of the top three life insurance groups in southern Africa. They are the fourth largest listed life assurer in terms of market capitalisation, and they are a JSE Top 100 company.

Welgelee Wine Estate is a family owned boutique winery and vineyard. The venue has rolling lawns amongst beautiful gardens, which are perfect for outdoor team building events. They also have a short list of approved accommodation venues for overnight team building events and transportation to and from these venues can be arranged.

The Amazing Race event is a venue specific activity and varies from venues. Although each venue is different the foundation of the activity remains similar. Each team is provided with various clues relating to finding each point. Some of the points have activities and others the group need to prove that they located that particular point.

Some of the Individual Team Building Activities included in this event : Model Replication, Raft Building, Incubator, Water Transfer, Magic Carpet, Marshmallow Tower
