When Constantia Insurance Company decided to make a trusted claim to offer insurance made personal, they made it with the knowledge that they would deliver on that promise. The delivery on that promise is held in their people, both staff and clients, to whom small touches have always made the largest difference. Constantia selected TBAE's Boeresport and SA Mini Olympics for their team building which was held at Randburg Sports Complex. In TBAE’s Boeresport Games team building activity, we bring back those childhood memories with team building exercises based on various traditional games. The Boeresport Games team building theme is great fun for spectators and participators alike. Some possible outcomes for the SA Mini Olympics team building activity include teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust. Hula Hoop Races, Egg and Spoon Race and Plank Walk were only some of the team building exercises used in this event for Constantia Insurance Company.
