This team building was facilitated for SM Xulu Inc with these two aspects in mind. SM Xulu is a business and management consulting firm of auditors and bankers with proven success. Creative problem solving techniques include methods designed to shift a person’s mental state into one that fosters creativity. There are also techniques that look for solutions to problems by reframing the problem. Communication does not begin with talking and convincing, but with hearing and understanding. It is also important for your team to understand that when it comes to communication it is essential to understand that people respond to the world as they see it. This outcome based team building took place at The Amazing Place in Sandton with excellent facilities for a wide variety of team building activities. The activities are facilitated on lush green lawns among beautiful gardens.
