TBAE travelled to Mutual Park in Cape Town to facilitate a Boeresports Team Building for a group from Old Mutual. In TBAE’s Boeresport Games team building activity, we bring back those childhood memories with team building exercises based on various traditional games. The Boeresport Games team building theme is great fun for spectators and participators alike. Some possible outcomes of the Boeresport Games team building activity include teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust. This team building included som boeresports classics such as Tug of War, Sack Races, Egg and Spoon Race as well as Pendulum Walk, Archery, Blindfold Collection and Lava Flow.
