We provide each of the teams with plenty of barrels, ropes and planks. The teams then need to tap into their creative side to construct a sturdy raft.  When built, the rafts compete downstream cheered on by those in the team with no sea-going aspirations! An event like this requires real teamwork. Teams must construct plans, strategies and have the foresight and imagination to see a project through to success. Raft building brings many strengths and weaknesses to the surface, and will “gel” a team through achievement
