NUFAWSA Wacky, Wet, Weird and Wonderful Team Building Event in Caledon, Cape Town

TBAE recently coordinated and facilitated the National Union of Furniture & Allied Workers SA’s team building event in Cape Town. Communicare Amazing Race Team Building Event in Cape Town

TBAE recently had the privilege of coordinating and facilitating Communicare’s team building event in Cape Town. Communicare is the oldest non-profit company in South Africa and its core business is the provision of affordable rental accommodation in well located areas. The theme for the event was TBAE’s Walk on the Wild Side Amazing Race. In this event, the group is divided into teams and each team is provided with various clues relating to finding each “check-in” point. The teams need to find the “check-in” points in the correct sequence which is hidden in different locations throughout the venue. Metso Minute to Win It Team Building Event in Vanderbijlpark

TBAE facilitated and coordinated another very successful Minute to Win It team building event in Gauteng. The event took place in Vanderbijlpark at the Quest Conference Estate, and all the participants had a lot of fun with the challenges. The Minute to Win It team building event consist of different challenges that need to be completed in a minute.  The challenges are done with everyday objects such golf balls, plastic cups and cooldrink cans. The challenges increase in difficulty as participants move on to the next level. Nedbank Minute to Win It Team Building Event in Johannesburg

TBAE recently facilitated and coordinated Nedbank’s Minute to Win It event at the Sand River Guest House in Johannesburg. This activity is based upon the popular television program where participants need to complete various activities within a one minute period. If time expires or conditions of the challenge cannot be fulfilled, the team loses a life. If the team loses all three of their lives, the game ends, and the team’s winnings drop to the previous milestone they passed. The challenges become progressively more difficult throughout the event. Edcon Group Cook Around the World Team Building Event in Muldersdrift

TBAE had the pleasure of hosting the Edcon Group’s Cook Around the World event at Misty Hills in Muldersdrift. In the Cook Around the World activity, teams are provided with cooking equipment, utensils, recipe and ingredients. The teams are told to prepare a meal representing the country assigned to them. Aspen International Art Workshop Team Building Event in Cape Town

TBAE facilitated an Art Workshop team building event for Aspen International at the Riebeek Valley Hotel in Cape Town. Participants were divided into teams and each team given a canvas on which they have to make a painting. At the end of the exercise, all the canvasses are combined at to create one work of art. The Art Workshop is an excellent activity to promote creativity and team work. The Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa was the venue for Allan Gray’s Minute to Win it team building event in Cape Town.  Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa, surrounded by the majestic Hottentots Holland Mountains, is an excellent venue for any team building activity. In the Minute to Win It activity, participants needed to complete various activities within a one minute period, requiring much strategizing and causing a lot of laughter. Expro Gulf Wacky, Wet, Weird & Wonderful Team Building Event in Stellenbosch, Cape Town

The team at Expro Gulf bravely chose TBAE'S Wacky, Wet, Weird & Wonderful team building activity in the middel of a Cape Town winter notorious for its cold and wet days. Fortunately the rain stayed away and the wet lawn from the previous night's rain only added to the theme. Hosted at the beautiful Winelands Conference Centre the group had great fun with the team building exercises after enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning. After learning to work as a team in completing physical tasks the Expro Gulf group were divided into three groups where each group was challenged to create the best potjie in a potjiekos competition. Engen Petroleum Limited Boeresport Games Team Building Event in Stellensbosch, Cape Town

We had Engen Petroleum Limited for a team building session on the 18th of June at the beautiful Lanzerac Hotel & Spa, a member of Gatsby International Hotels & Resorts and listed among the most prestigious luxury hotels in the world. The activities for the event were arranged around the theme of traditional Boeresport Games. The participants had a lot of fun as they relived their childhood with games such as egg catching, sack racing, ketty shooting and tug-of-war. To make things interesting, some less traditional activities such as Sumo Wrestling and Plank Walking were added into the mix. Team Building and Events recently cordinated and facilitated a weekend of conferencing and team building for The Smollan Management team. Australian High Commission Team Building Event in Pretoria East

It was our privilege to facilitate this team building event for the Australian High Commission. The venue for this event was Rosemary Hill, a fully functioning organic farm, situated on beautiful farmland just 10 minutes from Pretoria East.
