To start the Box Cart Building & Racing, the facilitator will divide your group into teams using TBAE’s ice breakers. These ice breakers are designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed.The teams then go on to compete against each other in team building activities to earn the parts necessary to complete the Box Cart. Part by part, and tool by tool, all the materials required to build the Box Cart is eventually gained through teamwork.
