Three themed team building activities were facilitated for Distell at Arabella Hotel and Spa in Kleinmond, Overberg, Western Cape, namely Trust and Cooperation Outcome based team building and Minute To Win It. The better the team members get to know each other, the easier it will be for them to trust each other. When there is a general feeling of mistrust in a team no amount of team building will motivate the team members to work together. Cooperation between team members are essential to any team. Often a team of highly talented individuals will perform worse than a team of lesser talented individuals, simply because there is no cooperation within the team

Distell wanted a SA Mini Olympics and Hitting Target team building facilitated at Sea Villa Glen Craig. Some possible outcomes of the Hitting The Target team building activity include focus, improving accuracy, reaching goals, goal orientation, teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust. Teambuilding exercises facilitated were : Volleyball, Lava Flow, Incubator, Blindfold Collection, Tug of War, Pendulum Walk, Archery, Magic Carpet, Catty Shooting

 

Distell Ltd Murder Mystery Challenge team building event at Nederburg Wines in Cape Town
Another Murder Mystery themed team building day facilitated by TBAE, but this time it was held outdoors. The excellent Nederburg Wines provided the ideal team building venue for this event. Guests turned up looking like their character roles and TBAE provided all the scripts, costumes, characters, and clues needed. The fun began as every person tries to confirm their innocence by proving someone else at their table responsible.
