TBAE travelled to the premises of Lincoln Lubrication in Germiston for a Sports Day Team Building Event. TBAE’s Sports Day team building activity consists of various sports related team building exercises. This activity is generally for the more active and is bound to get the competitive juices flowing. The Sports Day team building activity is great fun for spectators and participators alike. The team building exercises featured in this gallery are Sack Races and Penalty Shootout. The sack race is a fun and competitive game where participants put both of their legs inside a sack that reaches to their waist. They then need to jump forward inside the sack from a starting point to the finishing line. The first team to cross the finish line is the winner of the race.
