Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance is non-profit organisation established to serve as the training arm of the Gauteng Department of Education. This institution plays a vital capacity-building responsibility for School Governing Bodies, learner-leaders, teachers, parents with children in Gauteng public schools, and school managers and leaders in the form of SMTs and principals. The school is located on two campuses - the Benoni Campus which primarily serves as the training site for programmes and the Vrededorp Campus which serves as the Head Office.

In this, the second team building facilitated for Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership, an outcome based team building was arranged at Thaba Eco Hotel in Johannesburg. TBAE’s specific outcome based team building activities are geared towards the participants achieving specific learning outcomes from the team building event. Learning outcomes are statements that describe what a participant will be able to do as a result of the activity. Clearly stated learning outcomes help team members understand what is expected of them and helps the facilitator to focus on precisely what you want your team to achieve by the end of the team building event.
