Mercantile Bank SA Mini Olympics team building event at Saint George Hotel in Pretoria
Saint George Hotel in Pretoria and TBAE facilitated a SA Mini Olympics team building event for Mercantile Bank. Experience the team spirit, competitiveness and excitement of the Olympics with TBAE’s SA Mini Olympics team building activity. To start the Mini Olympics, your group will be divided into teams with each team needing to create a name for their made up country. This newly created country will need its own anthem and flag which each team will have to write and perform in front of the rest of the teams at the opening ceremony. With the opening ceremony completed the games can now begin. Teams will compete against each other in a variety of activities that are both fun and designed to get the team members working together as a team. The activity ends with the closing ceremony where the victorious team sings their anthem.

This was a fun and entertaining team building facilitated for a group from Mercantile Bank which provides a wide range of international and local banking services to the business community. It was a mxiture of Boeresports and Beach Day team building activities. In TBAE’s Boeresport Games team building activity, we bring back those childhood memories with team building exercises based on various traditional games such as Three Legged Race. The Boeresport Games team building theme is great fun for spectators and participators alike

Mercantile Bank Hitting The Target team building event The Amazing Place in Sandton
TBAE facilitated this Hitting The Target team building for them at The Amazing Place in Sandton. The Hitting The Target team building activity starts with the group being divided into different teams using TBAE’s ice breakers. These ice breakers are designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed. The teams then go on to compete against each other in a number of challenges designed to test aim and targeting skills. Points are awarded for each challenge and the team with the highest points at the end of the event is declared the winning team. The Amazing Place has excellent facilities for a wide variety of team building activities
