Team Building Events facilitated for Nurcha by TBAE

NURCHA is an innovative development finance company that provides Construction Support Services and Bridging Finance to Developers and Contractors. They finance and support the construction of Subsidy and Affordable Housing, Community Facilities and Infrastructure. They also provide Account Administration, Programme and Project Management Services to Provincial and Local Authorities. NURCHA is funded by the South African Government in partnership with the Soros Foundation, various overseas donors and other commercial lenders.

Nurcha Corporate Fun Day team building event at Shumba Valley Lodge in Lanseria
The team from Nurcha gathered at Shumba Valley Lodge in Lanseria for a team building event facilitated by TBAE. The day started off with some ice-breakers. The group from Nurcha were divided into teams to compete in various team building activities. The first activity was the popular Blindfolded Collection which was followed up with The Unknown Route. Some of the other activities included Bucket Challenge and Hula Hoop Races. The group of Nurcha then headed to the conference rooms for some indoor team building exercises such as Marshmallow Tower.
