SAICA Resilience Outcome Based and Resilience Outcome Based team building event in Potchefstroom
The event for SAICA featured TBAE's Creative Thinking and Resilience Outcome Based team building activities at Potchefstroom High School for Boys. Resiliency is the ability to endure high levels of change while maintaining a high level of performance. Rather than an absolute characteristic, resilience is a combination of character traits in people. Resilient people tend to see more opportunities than non-resilient people. Creative thinking allows teams to solve problems in a new way. Creative thinking takes place when the problem is solved through the creative use of components that are readily available. Creative thinking skills include methods designed to shift a person’s mental state into one that encourages creativity. There are also techniques that look for creative solutions to problems by reframing the problem....

 

SAICA Minute to Win It team building event at Glenburn Lodge in Muldersdrift
The group headed outdoors for a quick team-building icebreaker, and then gathered at the conference room at Glenburn Lodge for their Minute To Win It team building event. Minute to Win It is one of TBAE’s most popular events. In this event participants need to complete various activities involving household objects, in a one minute period.
