Team Building Events facilitated for Scatec Solar by TBAE

Scatec Solar was an early mover and entered the South African market in 2010. We have been awarded three solar plant projects with a total capacity of 190 MW under the REIPPP program that are now in operation.  In April 2015 Scatec Solar was awarded additional 258 MW under the REIPPP program to be realized in 2017.  Scatec Solar will operate the solar plants for at least 20 years.

Scatec Solar approached TBAE to facilitate a Creative Thinking Outcome Based and Time Management Outcome based team building at Le Franschhoek Hotel which is built on the site of one of Franschhoeks's original lavish country retreats, retains that old world appeal of the grand old days and still incorporating a modern, simple feel. Creative thinking allows teams to solve problems in a new way. Creative thinking takes place when the problem is solved through the creative use of components that are readily available. Creative thinking skills include methods designed to shift a person’s mental state into one that encourages creativity
