For effective communication to occur in a team, there has to be an effective communication strategy in place. Goals and objectives, operational constraints and pertinent conditions in the environment have to be considered. Effective communication does not begin with talking and convincing but with hearing and understanding. When it comes to communication, it is essential to understand that people respond to the world as they see it.

Syntell’s successful team building event in Benoni was facilitated by TBAE. Some of the team building exercise included in this event: CIA, Water Transfer, Bhati. The group from Syntell gathered at The Lakes Hotel in Benoni, and after some fun ice breakers the group was divided into teams, and competed against each other in a number of fun and exciting activites.
