Combo Indoor Team Building Activity

TBAE’s Combo Indoor team building activity is a versatile event that can easily be customized to suit your team and the occasion. In this activity, teams compete against each other in a combination of some of our most popular indoor team building exercises.

The Combo Indoor team building activity starts with a team building ice breaker that is also used to divide the group into teams. The ice breaker is designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed. These teams then go on to compete against each other in various indoor team building exercises. Points are awarded for each exercise and the team with the highest points at the end of the event is declared the winning team of the Combo Indoor team building activity. 

Some possible outcomes of the Combo Indoor team building activity include teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust.

These are some of the team building exercises that may be included in the Combo Indoor team building activity. Your facilitator will select the appropriate exercises to match the venue and team on the day.

All Adrift - Whilst on a sailing holiday, an accident causes the boat to set on fire, with just enough time to grab a few items at hand...

 

Back Flip - The contestant must flip and catch a set of pencils from the back of their hand...

 

Blind Shapes - Teams are blindfolded and tasked with forming a number of geometric shapes defined by the facilitator...

 

Bouncer - Two contestants must each bounce ping-pong balls into glasses to meet their total quota...

 

Crossover - The entire group must quickly move from one side to the other...

 

Cubes Challange - Each team member will be given a colour cube. A colour will be given to the team...

 

Elephant March - The contestant, wearing pantyhose on their head with a baseball at one end, must swing their head side to side to knock down 8 soda bottles...

 

Face The Cookie - The contestant, using only their face, must move cookies individually from their forehead to their mouth

 

Helium Stick - Lower the tube to the group with only the participant’s index fingers...

 

Hidden Bridge Building - Two different teams must build a portion of a bridge...

 

Human Knot - Starting in a circle, participants connect hands with two others people in the group to form the human knot. As a team they must then try to unravel the “human knot...

 

Hula Hoop Down - This activity is definitely much harder than it looks. The team stands in a circle, and the objective is to move....

 

Incubator - Transport the unhatched, deadly black mamba eggs safely to the incubator using the equipment provided.

 

Marshmallow Tower - Teams have to build a structure using only uncooked spaghetti and marshmallows...

 

Model Replication - In the Model Replication team building exercise, the team members...

 

Penny Hose - The contestant must retrieve two pennies dropped into a pair of tights...

 

Rapid Fire - The contestant must shoot rubber bands to knock a triangle stack of six cans completely off a platform...

 

Robot Writer - The Group must use the “Robot Writer” to write a word...

 

Separation Anxiety - The contestant must separate a pile of M&Ms by color into five separate containers in rainbow order....

 

This Blows - The contestant must inflate a standard balloon, then release the air in a controlled fashion to blow 15 cups off a table....
