Corporate Fun Day Team Building Activity

TBAE’s Corporate Fun Day team building activity is a versatile event that can easily be customized to suit your team and the occasion. In this activity, teams compete against each other in a combination of some of our most popular team building exercises. The exercises are highly interactive and offers active spectator participation.

The Corporate Fun Day team building activity starts with a team building ice breaker that is also used to divide the group into teams. The ice breaker is designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed. These teams then go on to compete against each other in various team building exercises. Points are awarded for each exercise and the team with the highest points at the end of the event is declared the winning team of the Corporate Fun Day. 

Some possible outcomes of the Corporate Fun team building activity include teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust.

These are some of the team building exercises that may be included in the Corporate Fun team building activity. Your facilitator will select the appropriate exercises to match the venue and team on the day.

Hoola Hoop Races - In this fun and simple team building exercise, teams compete against each other in a race with hula hoops. The team member is given two hula hoops and must always be "inside" the hula hoops, by stepping inside one an lifting the other hula hoop and placing it in front...

 

 

 

Blindfold Collection - Two team members at a time are blindfolded, and the rest of the team need to communicate to them which objects to pick-up. Each team member needs to have a turn to be blindfolded before the team can move onto the next activity... 

Water Transfer (using helmets) – Water is transferred from person to person via a bucket attached to a helmet. The first team to fill-up the container at the finish point wins...  

 

Tyre Race -The members of the team need to manoeuvre tyres around certain obstacles using the two wooden poles provided. This is a relay race...

 

 

Penalty Shootout-Two teams compete against each other in this enjoyable and highly interactive activity. The one team has their turn at trying to score a goal, with each team member alternating after each attempt...

Marble Run - A marble needs to be rolled from point A to point B using pipes. The contestants need to join the pipes together without the marble falling to the ground. If the marble hits the ground at any point they have to start again!...

Egg & Spoon Race - The participants must balance an egg or similarly shaped item upon a spoon and race with it to the finishing line...

Netball - Played on a rectangular court, each team attempts to score goals by passing a ball down the court and shooting it through the goal ring...

Volley Ball -Two teams are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court...

Giant Ball Soccer - Soccer with a giant soccer ball. Always a great hit...

Plank Walk - Teams race against each other with multiple participants from each team sharing a pair of planks...

Bhati - The object of Bhati is to pick up as many objects as possible...

3 Legged Race – Two participants are tied together by one ankle and then have to race from point A to point B...

Hula Hoop Down - This activity is definitely much harder than it looks. The team stands in a circle, and the objective is to move....
