TBAE recently hosted Quintiles for a team building event at Cassia Restaurant, located on the Ntida Wine Farm in Durbanville, a popular suburb of Cape Town.
Quintiles South Africa is the largest pharmaceutical services organization on the African continent.

Quintiles chose the “Minute to Win It” event, which is an extremely popular indoor event, a wise choice in the winter months of Cape Town.
The group had a strategic workshop in the morning, and TBAE facilitated the Minute to Win It activity after lunch. The client had already arranged their own teams, each of which had to come to the event in their different identities. There were six different teams with eight people in each team.

The Minute to Win It event comprises of different activities where the contestant needs to complete the activity within 60 seconds. Each person in each team had an opportunity to compete and attempt to complete the activity in the designated time.

A huge amount of fun was had, and the “pink winged fairies” where the eventual winners in a tightly contested event.
