TBAE recently hosted the team from Rendeals Four Consulting for a team building event at Intundla Game Lodge in Pretoria. Rendeals Four Consulting is a 100% black owned multi-disciplinary professional services company. Founded in 2001, they specialize in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Management Consulting. Rendeals Four Consulting is affiliated with the South African Quantity Surveyors Profession Council and the South African Black Technical and Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO).

The team building event took place in Pretoria at the Intundla Game Lodge. This team building venue is conveniently located only thirty minutes from the Pretoria CBD and less than an hour from Johannesburg. The venue has plenty of outdoor space for a variety of outdoor group team building activities. Apart from the outdoor facilities, they also have nine conference rooms where indoor team building activities can be hosted.

The Rendeals Four Consulting team took part in TBAE’s “Hitting the Target” and “Creative Construction” team building activities. In the “Hitting the Target” activity, the importance of accuracy and correct decision making is emphasised. In the “Creative Construction” activity, the participants complete challenges that involve building and constructing. This team building activity emphasises the importance of creativity, planning and teamwork.
