Xylem. Derived from classical Greek, refers to the supporting tissues that help transport water and nutrients from a plant's roots to its leaves. To the people of Xylem, the name stands for their promise to live their values while solving their customers' most challenging water problems, and to set industry standards for fluid technology applications and water solutions.
The team building took place at Zevenwacht Wine Estate situated on the Stellenbosch Wine Route, Zevenwacht has viticultural roots which penetrate deep into the historic past of South Africa. While literally meaning Seven Expectations, the name Zevenwacht exemplifies the abundant delights which await visitors to the Farm. A leader in wine tourism, Zevenwacht was one of the first Wine Estates to establish a restaurant, hotel and conference facility, Cheesery and Spa on the Estate.
Xylem selected the Tribal Survivor Team Building event at Zevenwacht Wine Farm and a fun-filled day of outdoor team building activities was arranged. Some activities included were Marble Run, Bucket Challenge, Pendulum Walk and Tug of War amongst many others
