The governments of Angola, Namibia and South Africa signed the Benguela Current Convention in the Angolan city of Benguela on 18 March 2013. The Convention is a formal treaty between the governments of Angola, Namibia and South Africa that sets out the countries' intention "to promote a coordinated regional approach to the long-term conservation, protection, rehabilitation, enhancement and sustainable use of the Benguela Current Large Marine Ecosystem, to provide economic, environmental and social benefits."
TBAE’s specific outcome based team building activities are geared towards the participants achieving specific learning outcomes from the team building event. Learning outcomes are statements that describe what a participant will be able to do as a result of the activity. Clearly stated learning outcomes help team members understand what is expected of them and helps the facilitator to focus on precisely what you want your team to achieve by the end of the team building event.
Ruslamere has service partnership agreements with leading local professional team building companies who add value and in-house services such as relaxation and beauty treatments, professional decor experts who turn functions and events into fantastic successes.
"I just wanted to thank you for arranging this team building session. We benefited tremendously from this and I would recommend this to anyone. Ian is a fantastic facilitator."
