The Democratic Alliance (DA) is the official opposition and the second largest political party in South Africa. The only party to have grown in every election since 1994, they are working to unite our country to build one South Africa for all. A South Africa of hope, focused on putting All South Africans First.
The Cooperation and Decision Making Outcome Based Team Building was facilitated for the DA at Kumkani Country Lodge in Potchefstroom. Kumkani is situated centrally on 4ha adjacent to the Mooi River and Golf course. A place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the tranquility Kumkani offers.
Cooperation between team members are essential to any team. Often a team of highly talented individuals will perform worse than a team of lesser talented individuals, simply because there is no cooperation within the team.
Decision making can be defined as the act of choosing between two or more courses of action or solutions to a problem. Decisions can be made through either an intuitive or reasoned process, or a combination of the two processes. Intuition is also referred as ‘gut feeling’ and is a combination of past experiences and personal values. Reasoning uses the facts and figures available to make decisions. Complicated decisions tend to require a more formal, structured approach, usually involving both intuition and reasoning.
