Incubator Team Building Exercise

Incubator is a thouroughly enjoyable activity. Team members need to move a marble from start to the finish line. Transport the unhatched, deadly black mamba eggs safely to the incubator using the equipment provided. but they only have enough supplies to cover part of the distance! Completing the challenge in time will require effective communication, strong leadership, and collaboration from the team.  The marble needs to be rolled without it falling to the ground. If the marble hits the ground at any point, they have to start again!
