Pendulum Walk Team Building Exercise

In this hilarious activity the participants need to use thrusting movements  to get a heavy object tied dangling from their hips, to maneuver a plastic ball from point A to point B in a relay race activity. This activity is definately not as easy as it looks, but sure to induce a lot of laughter all around.
