Setting goals is one of the most essential and basic skills any team should acquire. Goal setting helps your team to overcome procrastination and complete the important tasks. Within a team, goal setting is made easier when every member knows what is expected of them. Specific goals lead to a higher level of performance if the whole team accepts the goals and have the ability to obtain them. Not only is goal setting an excellent form of motivation, it is also an effective way to measure a team’s success.
