Movie Making Team Building Activity

TBAE’S Movie Making team building activity is a great event to get the creative juices flowing. This fun and interactive activity is suitable for everyone regardless of their age, title, fitness level or physical abilities.

At the beginning of the Movie Making team building activity, the group is divided into teams using a team building ice breaker. The ice breaker is designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed.

The members of the teams have to work together to write a script, produce, direct and act in the "Movie" using limited resources. The client is given the option of either using TBAE’s theme ideas or selecting their own.

Participants are encouraged to tap into their creative and practical abilities as they start to produce their movie. This event is not only an excellent team building tool, but also provides great entertainment when the movies are viewed at the end of the day.

Some possible outcomes of the Movie Making team building activity include teamwork, communication, leadership, cooperation, goal setting, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, resilience, time management and trust.
