This Is My Shoes - Virtual Team Building Activity

The “This Is My Shoes” virtual team building activity is a great way for your remote team to get to know each other better. It is an effective energizer where team members get to share something interesting about themselves. Knowing a little bit more about the people they work with will make your virtual team feel more connected.

In the virtual team building activity, participants have to take a picture of their current footwear and share it with the rest of the team. Each team member gets a chance to discuss their choice of footwear and the story behind why they are wearing it. The activity can also be done by asking the participants to take a picture of, and talking about, any object currently on their desk.
