Having a solid understanding of basic financial terms and methods can be crucial to your business and personal life. You want to be able to participate in the conversation when terms like ROI, EBIT, GAAP and extrapolation are mentioned. Participants in the Budgets and Financial Reports workshop will be given a solid foundation in finance. They will be given foundational information about financial statements, budgets, forecasting, purchasing decisions and financial legislation.

In TBAE’s Budgets and Financial Reports course, participants will learn about the various financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, retained earnings statements, cash flow statements and annual reports. They will learn to analyze financial statements including income ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, working capital ratios and bankruptcy ratios. Other subjects covered in the course include Glossary of Financial Terms, Understanding Budgets, Budgeting Made Easy, Advanced Forecasting Techniques, Managing the Budget, Making Smart Purchasing Decisions and A Glimpse into the Legal World.
