In this activity, teams compete against each other in a combination of some of our most popular team building exercises. The exercises are highly interactive and offers active spectator participation.

 

 

Boxcart Building and Racing is one of the newest additions to TBAE's team building activities. It was facilitated for NGK Ceramics at Karmanel Function Venue in Cape Town. The Box Cart Building and Racing activity combines creativity, technical precision, leadership, communication and a dose of bravery and fitness for a few. The teams are then provided with all the necessary components to create and complete the Box Cart. The team then get to work deciding who will design and apply the finishing touches to the 'bodywork', design and paint the drivers racing top as well as script a team song.

TBAE’s Laughter Games team building activity is designed to do just what it’s name suggest, to cause laughter, a lot of laughter. In this activity teams compete against each other in a combination of team building exercises, especially chosen because of the fun and laughter they create.

 

 

Outcome Based Team Building facilitated for a group from ETV at Green Point Park in Cape Town, Western Cape. TBAE’s specific outcome based team building activities are geared towards the participants achieving specific learning outcomes from the team building event. Learning outcomes are statements that describe what a participant will be able to do as a result of the activity. Clearly stated learning outcomes help team members understand what is expected of them and helps the facilitator to focus on precisely what you want your team to achieve by the end of the team building event.

Hyundai Automotive SA's Minute To Win It Team Building at The Lakes Hotel in Benoni, Gauteng. The Minute To Win It challenges are completed using everyday household objects such as elastic bands, paper cups, empty cans, balloons and toilet paper. Careful strategy is required as the team has to decide which members are going to attempt to complete which challenge. Points are awarded for each challenge and the team with the highest points at the end of the day is declared the winning team of the Minute To Win It event.
